Who is the ideal potential Franchisee candidate?

• You understand, agree with, and are ready to commit to the necessity of providing superior customer service and a great customer experience
• Are good at leading, managing and motivating a team
• Are driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical
• Have business experience and an entrepreneurial drive
• Have a burning desire to own and manage your own business
• Experience or knowledge of the Auto repair industry is a bonus, but not necessary. Some of our most successful franchisees were totally new to the industry when opening their first center
• Ideally you will be directly involved in managing the business ( there is a model for an absentee owner but it requires an experienced center manager)

In addition to new centers we have a franchise option for converting an existing independent center to a Lee Myles Center.
